As a Loss Prevention professional and leader for more than thirty years and also working closely with the National Retail Federation for twenty-five years, Richard Mellor has a wealth of knowledge about asset and brand protection. His experiences as the retail liaison for the International Council of Shopping Centers, Department of Homeland Security, FEMA’s critical infrastructure council, and numerous other law enforcement task forces have given him a deep understanding of the loss prevention industry, along with the criminal element set on taking advantage of retailers.
